From the very beginning, we have been co-operating with a Finnish company, to whom we owe our technology and first experiences. Thanks to working with the Finnish partners, we got to test our houses in Finland’s harsh climate. So far we have built over 400 all-year-round houses, including 150 in Poland. They can be seen in Warsaw, Łódz, Rzeszów, Częstochowa, Czeladz, Górek nad Dunajcem, Milówka nearby Żywiec, Iława and Arłamów. We have also built around 2000 summer and garden houses. We also do small building and finishing projects, such as floors, wood paneling, Euro1-type windows, doors, roof trusses, stairs etc. Our motto is client satisfaction. Satisfied customers often come back to place more orders. High quality and client satisfaction are achieved by focusing on expert skills and involvement of our employees. It is made easier by the fact that our company is to a large extent a family business. In recent years wood architecture has become more and more popular in Poland because it guarantees ecological, healthy and economical living. Our firm has years of experience building wood houses. At first we operated in Finland, where we gained experience building Scandinavian-style wood houses. In 1991 we moved our headquarters to Poland. We have our own functional designs, and we can customize designs to fit customer needs. Our houses are made of spruce logs (60mm, 90mm and 115mm thick) and semicircular logs (160mm in diameter) imported from Scandinavia. The company makes not only all-year-round and summer houses, but also gazebos, small garden houses, kiosks, roofing (e.g. for outdoor café gardens) etc. Clients can order a standard house from our catalog or Tatra House LTD can design a custom house according to one's needs - we only need a draft or even just an idea of what the house should look like. Using computer programs, our employees will tell exactly how many and what elements are needed, then they will compile a list of specifications and drawings for those who manufacture elements and for our building squad.

Every year Tatra House builds about twenty large houses, and from over a dozen to tens of garden and summer houses within a month. Many of them are shipped to Italy, France, Spain and Germany. The company also has a department that focuses on manufacturing windows and doors for our homes. It is hard to mention all types of elements manufactured in our workshop, but among them are: parts of interior and exterior walls, floors, stairs, ceilings, roofs, partitions, slats and other finishing elements.
